We make business-purpose loans to real estate investors. We don't lend on a home you live in or plan to live in, and we don't make consumer loans.
Where we lend
We lend in most U.S. states. We don't currently lend in Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wyoming.
