Who we are
MyDealLoan LLC ("MyDealLoan," "we") provides business-purpose financing for real estate investors, including fix-and-flip, rental (DSCR), multifamily, construction, earnest money deposit (EMD) and double close funding. This policy explains what we collect through mydealloan.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone number, and details about your deal, such as the property address, prices, dates, title or escrow company, and any documents you upload (for example a purchase agreement).
- How you use the site: pages visited, device and browser type, and similar information, collected through cookies by Google Analytics.
- What stays on your device: dates you enter in the EMD Deadline Calculator stay in your browser. We only receive them if you choose to email yourself your timeline.
How we use it
- To review your request, contact you about it, and fund and service your loan.
- To send you emails you asked for, such as your calculator timeline.
- To send occasional updates, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse, and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to review and fund your request:
- Funding partners. We may share your request and documents with capital partners and other lenders that help fund or service the loan.
- The title or escrow company on your transaction, to confirm details and send funds.
- Service providers that run our site and systems, including Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA, and Google Workspace, where requests and documents are stored), and our web host.
- The person who referred you, if you name one, so they can be credited for the referral.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.
Calls, texts and email
If you send a request or ask us to call, we'll contact you by phone or email about it. We don't send marketing text messages. Marketing emails go only to people who opt in, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it, email loans@mydealloan.com. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal or loan-servicing obligations. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need it. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and record-keeping requirements. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
The site is for business use by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
